📦 Revised Refund Policy with Exception for Damaged Items
All our garments are made to order and handcrafted exclusively for each customer. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions.
We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds once an order is confirmed. However, we understand that fit is important — and we’ll be happy to assist with alterations, where possible.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order details. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
